The Intentional Ambition Assessment
A lot of ambitious people are very clear about what their business is building, and a lot less clear about what it's building in the rest of their life. This is a quick, honest look at both.
The Four States of Intentional Ambition
One dot for your business. One for your life.
The questions look at two things: how much ambition you're bringing, and how much intention is behind it. You'll see where you land in your business and in your life, and they don't always land in the same place.
Less intention Driving
Plenty of motion, and less clarity about what it's all building.
High intention Intentional Ambition
You're building something you chose, and you're moving on it.
Less intention Drifting
You're busy, but the week gets decided by whatever shows up.
High intention Dreaming
You know what matters, and it's waiting on a better time.

Why I built this
Hey, I'm Dave.
I've spent more than 18 years in real estate, as an agent, a team leader, and now a coach. And the thing I keep noticing, in my clients and in myself, is that ambition usually isn't the problem. It's pointed at one part of life while another part runs on whatever's left.
I built this to make that a little easier to see. There aren't any right answers. It works best if you answer for the way things have been going lately, not the way you'd like them to go.
When you're done, you'll see your results right away, and I'll send you the workbook from my talk so you can do something with whatever you notice.
